Includes: Wall Hooks, Vases, Wooden Wall Art, Cutting Boards.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.

3. Return Process
Step 1: Notify Us

Step 2: Ship It Back

We’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Pack securely in the original packaging.

Customer covers return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).
Step 3: Inspection & Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Full refunds include the product price + original shipping fee.
