1. Our Commitment

At Cartisan, we stand by the quality of our home products. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, our 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy ensures a hassle-free experience.


2. Eligibility

✅ What You Can Return:

  • Any unused item in its original packaging with tags/labels intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Includes: Wall Hooks, Vases, Wooden Wall Art, Cutting Boards.

❌ What We Cannot Accept:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidents.

  • Items returned after 30 days.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Notify Us

  • Email support@cartisanco.online within 30 days of delivery. Include:

    • Order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return (optional)

Step 2: Ship It Back

  • We’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

  • Pack securely in the original packaging.

  • Customer covers return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

  • We inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days via your original payment method.


4. Refunds

  • Full refunds include the product price + original shipping fee.

  • Partial refunds apply if:

    • Items are returned damaged/used.

    • Parts or accessories are missing.


5. Defective/Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.

  • We cover return shipping and provide a free replacement or full refund.


6. Warranty Claims

  • All products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Process:

    1. Email support@cartisanco.online with:

      • Proof of purchase

      • Photos/video of the defect

    2. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

  • Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.
